Terms & Conditions of Service

Payments
Full payment is required at least two calendar weeks prior to class. NO REFUNDS are available for cancellations or no-shows. Any special payment arrangements must be agreed to in writing with a deposit that is not refundable.

Rescheduling of Classes
Reschedule is available when 24 hours notice prior to start of scheduled class. Failure to provide 24 hour notice of request for rescheduling or No Shows will forfeit any funds paid. Request for attendance of another class schedule will require full payment, no credit of forfeited funds paid will be provided.

Dental Pros reserve the right to reschedule classes with or without notice and will try to accommodate a new schedule within a reasonable time.

Walk-in Registration
When space is available, attendance of schedule class without pre-registration will incur full tuition cost plus $10.00 handling fee. Cash or money order will be accepted.

Medical or Relocation
Any student that is pregnant prior registration or attending any schedule classes must notify Dental Pros immediately. Attendance of classes will require the student to provide a doctor’s release to Dental Pros. Should student discover that they are pregnant after registration or while enrolled and actively taking classes must notify Dental Pros and obtain a doctor’s release to continue. If student is enrolled in X-ray training class and is pregnant, will require rescheduling this class within a 6 month period.

If you become pregnant and have not started your schedule classes and under doctor’s instruction, you can not attend classes you can be provided with a refund of 70% of the tuition paid. A letter from your doctor will be required stating that attending the schedule classes will exposure you and/or the fetus to health risks. When refund is approved it will be processed within 30 days.

If you or your spouse are actively in the military and are relocating more than 100 miles prior to start of class, a refund of 70% of the tuition costs will be provided within 30 days after receipt of the Military orders of relocation. 		  Supplies required by students
Safety glasses, uniform scrubs or lab coats, paper and pen/pencil. Specific classes will require the student to provide an approved hcp/bls cpr cardGreen Pocket ID licenses and/or Social Security number.

The following classes require the student to human subjects (Patients) for clinical procedures. During your training, these “Patient(s)” will be limited to exposure to training treatment delivered by the student who brought them. Due to the limited work space of the training facility, only students and patients will be allowed within the facility.

    • Continuing Education Credits (CE)
    Only students that have an active license as a Dentist, RDA or RDH will be issued CE units.

    Training Material
    Hard copies and digital media supplied to registered students is the property of Dental Pros and is priority and restricted for their personal use only. Student agrees that they will not make copies or distribute to others without written authorization from Dental Pros.

    Certifications
    Any documentation required will be released within 30 days of completion of classes, provided that the student does not have outstanding balance due to Dental Pros.

    Requests for certificate replacements or duplications of original documents will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee per document. Copies of documents when applicable will be provided at $10.00 fee per document.

    Denial of Service
    In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to Dental Pros, at any time and without notice, may refuse or terminate student’s access to services.

    Attorney's Fees
    If Dental Pros takes any action to enforce these terms & conditions, Dental Pros will be entitled to recover from You and You agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorneys’ fees and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which Dental Pros may be entitled.
